Sanoj Dias Godage co-founded HireV with a clear vision: to create a recruitment agency that genuinely understands the automotive sector and can bridge the gap between Danish employers and international talent.
With firsthand experience of the challenges automotive businesses face in finding skilled staff, and a deep understanding of the migration process, Sanoj leads HireV with a commitment to quality, transparency, and long-term partnerships.
Under his direction, HireV has built a recruitment process that combines rigorous candidate screening with practical migration support, ensuring that both employers and candidates are set up for success from day one.
Wael El Mazjan
Co-Founder & Director, HireV
Wael El Mazjan brings over 20 years of experience in the Danish auto repair industry to HireV. His career spans hands-on workshop management, industry leadership, and commercial strategy — including a former board position at the Danish Motor Trade Association (Danmarks Bilbranche).
At HireV, Wael manages commercial relationships with Danish workshop chains, including the partnership with AD Danmark / Castrol Service. His deep industry network and reputation give HireV direct access to the decision-makers who matter most when placing skilled talent.
Wael is also responsible for the technical quality control of every mechanic, collision repair technician, and auto painter deployed by HireV. Each candidate is evaluated against his standards before they reach an employer, ensuring that the people HireV places can deliver from day one.
